I'm not usually a big fan of national chain restaurants but I am a big fan of Texas Roadhouse. As a national chain, Roadhouse has perfected their preparation and your steaks are always cooked to the proper temperature. It must have something to do with the volume of steaks they prepare but my wife and I have always been impressed with their ability to take your order and to bring your steak out cooked the way you want it. For example, the wife likes her's with just a little pink in the middle while I like mine rare - we both usually get exactly what we ordered.
Most steaks (entrees) come with 2 sides. Salads count as a side and they make a very good Caesar salad and their steak fries are great.
On this particular visit, we had 6 adults and 2 kids under the age of 5. We used "call ahead" seating and were seated pretty quickly. Service was really good and everyone enjoyed their dinners -- no complaints. We were celebrating our 4-year old's birthday and he was very excited when they brought out a saddle for him to sit on while they sang to him.
Great family oriented restaurant / great consistency from location to location. Good prices / great service. -

Overview: good food, normal prices for a steak house, nice and friendly staff
Came here for a steak for our 11th anniversary. It did not disappoint. I started off with a sangria margarita which was amazing. Not too sweet, not to tart. Nice blend consistency. We enjoyed that amazing bread while we waited for our appetizer. It is so warm and soft! And that cinnamon butter really kicks it up a notch. Our appetizer was buffalo wings, which honestly weren't anything special. Average run of the mill buffalo wings. I ordered the bone in rib eye and it was really well flavored. However, it was almost 33% fat, so after I trimmed off all the large chunks of fat and the bone it was a lot smaller then it started. The corn was yummy and buttery and the mashed potatoes were creamy and delicious especially with the cheese added on top. All in all this was a really great trip! -

Went to Roadhouse to celebrate son birthday with family(9). Did call ahead seating at 6pm and got their 10min early to check in. At 6:20 was told they where getting table ready. Noticed they seated group of 4 at two split tables we could have been seated at. At 6:30 asked about our table and was told they where waiting for a group to get up and leave. At 6:45 manager #1 shows up with same answer to my son. Mean while I called Outback and they had seating avalible without a wait. On way out my son and manager #2 got in an argument, guy needs to be fired for arguing with customer in front of store. Also Girl seating customer should be honest. This is not first time we have had an issue with call ahead seating but usually place is much busier. Thanks Texas Road house for great experience.

A very solid Chain Steak House. Really not into chain restaurants but cant go wrong with this one. Very reasonably price with a good selection of food.
When I come here I usually go to my go to meal of the County Fried Sirloin with White Gravy which comes with 2 sides...I got the seasoned rice and Ceasar Salad. The total was $11.65 so no complaints whatsoever -

I went here yesterday for my anniversary and it did not disappoint. We left a little early for a Sunday and got there around 4:30 PM. Right after, the place was buzzing with new customers but was fairly empty when we arrived. So, I'd just leave a little early to avoid the wait. The rolls are amazing, especially with their cinnamon butter. I ordered the bone-in ribeye, which was flavorful and my sides were delicious. I got an appetizer of buffalo wings, which was good but not great. I tasted more like popcorn buffalo chicken. The waitress also gave us good service to round out the evening.
